Step across the threshold of our Rhodope tavern and feel the famous Rhodope hospitality. Let your eyes rest on the colours of shaggy goat-hair rugs, covers and kerchiefs, knitted slippers and embroidered cloths. Breathe the smell of pine wood and the warmth of the fireplace, and the aroma of the famous Rhodope cheverme and other unrivalled Rhodope dishes. Then lift your spirits and, with the kaba bagpipe, sing “from one throat with two voices”, one of the earth and one of the sky!

Our guests have a traditionally furnished tavern, and in summer they can enjoy the beautiful Rhodope landscape from the summer garden. The tavern serves tasty dishes and specialities, healing Balkan honey, preserves of fragrant wild strawberries and blueberries, and traditional sheep's milk.

In a cosy setting, the tavern offers a wide choice of Bulgarian and Rhodope dishes. It suits family celebrations, and it is a quiet, cosy place to rest and enjoy good food, or to throw a great party.

The complex has a large and beautiful summer garden. It is a pleasant place to rest, spacious and sunny, with a stunning panoramic view of the Rhodope Mountains.
